When the car arrived at our shop, its condition was not horrible for a 60-year-old car. The front end was unsalvagable, so a new front-skin was welded in place.
This 1964 356C underwent a full restoration. The exterior had previously been Guards Red with a black interior. Now the car proudly wears a silver exterior with red interior.
After painting, the car was placed on a rotisserie to address the bottom of the car.

Body
Seam-sealer was applied to the bottom of the car, and undercoating was applied to the front trunk, wheel wells, and engine compartment.
After paint the car moves to our assembly section of the shop, where the engine and all bumpers are installed. This 356 interior will be finished in black carpet with red vinyl seats and dash. We will begin assembling all the electrical systems at this stage, too.

The finished 1964 Porsche 356C was requested to be shown at Porsche of Omaha for a period of time before returning to its owner's possession.
